The Cancer Exercise Specialist Workshop Cancellation Policy 1. Beginning May 3, 2008, If a workshop is cancelled due to low attendance, an attempt will be made to reschedule it for another date. If you would prefer to get a full refund, you must send your unused handbook back to CETI. Once it is received, a refund will be issued. You may also partake in a home-study program which will allow you to receive your Advanced Qualification and CEU's immediately and then attend any upcoming workshop free of charge within a two year period. 2. The Cancer Exercise Training Institute has the right to cancel a workshop with two-weeks' notice due to low attendance. We are not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses that you may have incurred. 3. If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, you may attend any workshop scheduled within a two-year period, free of charge.
